Felipe Anderson made his way into West Ham United‘s history books with his goal vs Manchester United. The Brazilian scored in the 5th minute from a Pablo Zabaleta cross to put the Hammers ahead.
With the goal, Anderson became the 2nd Brazilian ever to score in the Premier League for the London side. The first player ever to do so was Ilan Araújo Dall’Igna, back in 2010.
West Ham have not had a lot of Brazilian’s playing for them in the Premier League and it is no surprise that Anderson is just the second one to score for them.
Their last Brazilian player was Nene, who was signed on a free transfer in 2015
The Hammers were leading 2-0 against Manchester United at half-time.
