The Blues are reportedly looking for £100M+ for the Belgian and have already rejected a bid for him. Sky Sports report that the bid was around £60M and Chelsea’s decision to sell him or keep him will depend on the transfer ban.
Mundo Deportivo, meanwhile, has been reporting that Hazard has already agreed a deal with Real Madrid. They claim that the Belgian has signed a 5-year deal and will be joining in the summer.
Eden Hazard, hoewever, says otherwise. The Belgian said, “There’s nothing in the reports. I’m only focused on tomorrow’s game against Cyprus. That’s all I’m thinking about.”
One thing Hazard has confirmed is that he has made his decision. The forward made it very clear that he knows what he is going to do and looking at things, it looks like he is off to Spain in the summer.
Chelsea have some very important decisions to make this summer and Hazard’s future is not the only one to be sorted. Manager, Maurizio Sarri and teenager, Callum Hudson-Odoi’s futures also hang in the balance.
